My son absolutely loves his ZT2 Pro. Asked me to get another one for him. Which I plan on doing after writing this review.
However, there are a couple things I need to say about why I gave them 3 stars.
My son absolutely loves the feel of this stick. He especially likes the low kick. We have had both CCM and Bauer sticks for him and he likes this one the best.
After I ordered this ZT2 Pro stick it was three weeks later by the time it showed up. That is a long time to wait for a stick. This is not the first time there was a delay in shipping. Our first purchase had a label created, but it never shipped. So we contacted Swift and the quickly sent off another stick. The first one never showed up. This order took two weeks to go out the door after the label was created, then a week to get to us. Through all of this, Swift has been good to work with and very helpful to make sure we get our sticks.
Both sticks we have ordered have broken. The first, a Swift Spectre, broke where the blade meets the shaft, but it was outside of warranty. This one broke 5 minutes into the third game it was used, only 7 days after receiving it. I think any stick would have broken under the circumstances, so we are hopeful to get a replacement and continue using Swift sticks.
As I said, he really likes the way these sticks feel and react to him. I just hope they quit breaking so quickly.
We will see how the replacement goes and maybe change that rating.
